• Attend a training session

• When you are matched with a child, contact their Carer to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit

3. Volunteer Blue Card Application Form OR Authorisation Confirmation for Blue Card (existing holders) OR Blue Card Exemption Form for Teachers and Police Officers

4. Identification Verification form (The form is to be filled in if the applicant can’t meet with staff from The Pyjama Foundation  because of mobility or distance and need to take the Identification Verification form along with one of the forms above  to a JP , Commissioner for Declarations, Lawyer or Police Officer).
